The northern boundary starts roughly where cabins on Padre Island end. There should be signs posted to designate the boundary. Regarding the Padre Island National Seashore, hunting from a stationary blind or spoil island is prohibited roughly from the eastern edge of the ICW to the island southward from the park boundary to Baffin Bay. If you plan to set a blind on or near a spoil island anywhere, I suggest you not shoot in the direction of a navigational channel such as the Intracoastal Waterway or the Corpus Christi Ship Channel.
